You may leave a detailed message with your full name and order ID number in regards to your order or inquiry and a service representative will contact you via e-mail, text message or phone.
- When you opt-in to purchase your first order will begin processing within 24-48 hours and your credit card will be charged for the price of the item plus shipping and handling ("S&H") as displayed on the order form at the time of your purchase. The price of the item and the S&H will not increase for the duration of your order, even if the price increases on our website or other sales channels.
- Your order will be mailed to you by USPS (unless otherwise noted) or via Priority Mail or International DHL if there is an expedited upgrade purchased by you. A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
- Your order entitles you to a 30-day return policy. To receive a refund for your shipment. Simply mail back every unopened bottle that you received with your first order within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund with a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Due to federal health regulations, we DO NOT accept returns on opened or consumed pill bottles.
Conditions
- You must opt-in to the PillsToGainWeight.com and place an order manually, through our website using our secure payments processor (PillsToGainWeight.com), we do not take orders over the phone.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders at our discretion.
- If there are problems with payment, shipping address, or other account information, we will contact you by phone or e-mail using the information associated with your PillsToGainWeight.com account. We won't process or ship any further orders until the problem has been resolved.
Agreement Changes
We may, at our discretion, change these Terms & Conditions or any policies without notice to you.
Termination by Us
